Mistic for contractors provides an inexpensive and efficient solution to the problem of managing and costing building maintenance repairs. The system is delivered with an easy to use stores module and a labour costing suite driven from a simple time-sheet entry routine. Appointments are not difficult to mange, once made the system updates the appointment automatically as the job is progressed through the system. The entry of a time-sheet automatically complete any outstanding appointments and sets the job start date to the earliest time-sheet date. By automating the update of subsidiary systems we reduce the data entry requirement and maximize the information derived from each precious piece of information entered. A new graphical interface has been introduced to allow non technical staff to efficiently order building maintenance repairs via photographs of common building areas and equipment. This ensures that the right task is allocated to the repair and that there are fewer costly variations. The system has also been recently enhanced to facilitate out of hours emergency repairs ordering.

A suite of programs specifically produced to manage and record details of landlords gas safety inspections carried out by landlords of gas installations in their properties. A routine automatically selects properties to be inspected by gas schedule, generates a gas inspection record, prints a gas inspection form, allocates a contractor/operative, arranges an appointment and produces a letter to the occupant. The system can fully automate the "No Entry" procedure with full history of all actions taken. The history of previous gas safety inspections is retained for each property including the no access procedures. Invoicing gas safety inspections can be by each inspection, one inspection per year and include additional charges for each appliance. The gas inspection form can optionally hold details of the appliance serial numbers and date of installation. Post inspection forms can be automatically produced and the results of post inspections carried out can be held against the form. The system can prevent payment of the gas inspection until the form is returned by the contractor. Returned gas inspection forms can be scanned and then viewed.

Mistic Asbestos Register

A suite of programs to record detailed information and history of all asbestos containing materials(ACM's) found in a property. Designed around MDHS100 in conjunction with a UKAS accredited asbestos laboratory, licensed asbestos removal contractor and a registered social landlord, this product not only provides an effective and inexpensive asbestos register but facilitates the efficient management of

any asbestos incident. A replication feature provides the functionality to copy any asbestos register entry across a group of similar/related properties. The system automatically produces periodic inspection forms to monitor any ACM's left in situ. The report facility has been used to produce Asbestos Survey documentation in a format produced by a UKAS accredited laboratory.
